Katie Carver joined the Topeka Presbyterian Manor staff in September 2013 as director of rehabilitation. She worked for RehabCare for five years at another senior living community, where she was the physical therapist assistant, assistant director of rehab and wellness coordinator before joining the Topeka team. She has an associate’s degree in physical therapy assistance and a bachelor’s degree in health service administration from Washburn University. She is a member of Christ the King church, and she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Susan Zarlingo, transferred to Topeka Presbyterian Manor in December 2013 from the Kansas City Presbyterian Manor, where she was the coordinator for the Post-Acute to Home™ (PATH®) program and case manager. She was director of nursing at Colorado State Veteran’s Nursing Home for 13 years and worked at Newman Hospital in Emporia for two years. She has been involved with Children’s Mercy Home in Chicago, Vets and Pets Annual Golf Tournament, and Habitat for Humanity.
