The “human” touch is what Human Resources is all about, so let’s meet the new face of our HR department, Linda De La Rosa! She’s been with Topeka Presbyterian Manor since February 2018 and had previously worked for the Dillon’s corporation in their HR department. Linda has her Bachelor’s Degree from Washburn University in Human Services with an emphasis in Mental Health.
“I enjoy that every day is different. It’s a challenge and a blessing. I’m currently learning the new systems and transferring my retail background terminology to the medical field,” said Linda. “When I’m not at work, you can find me volunteering at the local animal shelter, and I’m a co-founder of Tails on the Trails, a dog-friendly 5K. I also like garage sales, thrift stores and estate sales!”
